The nominees have been announced for the Do Something! Awards presented on VH1, and Taylor Swift has received nominations in two categories. She has been nominated in the “Do Something Facebook” category for her efforts responding to Kevin McGuire’s invite to prom, and the “Do Something Music Artist” category for all the charity work she has done.

“DoSomething.org has been the premiere national award for community service, honoring the nation’s best, young world-changers, 25 and under since 1996. And this year they’re teaming up with VH1 for their biggest celebration yet of these globally-minded movers and shakers!”

The awards will be presented at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica on August 19, and air on VH1 August 21 at 9/8c.

ONE big “Do-er” will be presented with $100,000 to be donated to their cause, so be sure to go VOTE for Taylor, to ensure she wins.
